AWINK Care: hosting, maintenance & support.
A website is never finished at go-live. Software needs updates, security needs attention, and you will want small changes along the way. That is why every website AWINK builds comes with AWINK Care. You focus on your business, we take care of the technical side.
Includes up to two hours of work per month. The term is twelve months, renewed for twelve months at a time, with two months’ notice. Extra assurance: if we miss the one-business-day response time three times within twelve months, you can cancel AWINK Care immediately.
- 01Hosting and security
Premium hosting in a strictly secured data centre, on a server AWINK has exclusive full access to. With a 99.9% uptime guarantee, up-to-date software and hardware, antivirus and firewall.
- 02Certificates, cookies and updates
A premium SSL certificate, renewed and installed every year. An up-to-date GDPR cookie consent tool so visitors can choose which cookies they allow. Updates and upgrades of the website, CMS and server.
- 03Monitoring and maintenance
Proactive monitoring, monthly backups and a restore in case of an incident. Bug fixes and technical maintenance of the website and CMS. Maintenance of the integrations included in your website.
- 04Personal support
Small content changes, such as About, Contact or Team, without separate invoices. A first response within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
